Screenplay

FADE IN:

1.     INT.  RANSACKED HOUSE- DAY

The words ‘I WARNED YOU’ appear on the screen against a black background in a prominent blood red colour. The words fade away and we see a PANNING shot of a BROKEN GUITAR and a URN on a dark wooden floor as we SUPER TITLES which fades into a BROKEN CERAMIC BOWL and then a desk table with BLOOD STAINED papers and documents. The words ‘I WOULD TAKE EVERYTHING’ appear in the same blood red colour text and we-

CUT TO:

2.     EXT. FLAT APARTMENT BLOCK- DAY

We see KAI-JAANI casually walking through the block. He then opens the gate to his apartment door which pulls him at an immediate halt. The door is not closed and half open. KAI-JAANI cautiously opens the door and a slow, rough CREEK is heard as the old door is opened.

3.     INT. RANSACKED HOUSE- DAY

He walks through the door and we see the CONFUSED and NERVOUS look across his face appear as he SCRATCHES his head in bewilderment.

We see an ESTABLISHING SHOT of the VANDALISED home with BLOOD everywhere. We show the feet of a man on the floor then we PAN UPWARDS to reveal the dead body of GREG; lying in a POOL OF BLOOD.

Greg! Greg!

KAI-JAANI runs towards the dead body of GREG.

Greg! Someone help, please!

KAI-JAANI is left at the side of his dead brother, covered in BLOOD as he puts his head on his chest in utter sadness.

The image fades and we SUPER TITLES as the words, in a phantom white, ‘THE WANTED MAN’ appear at the sound of a delicate chime.
